Holdbound is a crypto portfolio and cost-basis tracker that is a single HTML file. You download it, double-click it, and it runs in your browser. Your trades are stored in your browser, on your computer. Nothing is uploaded — there is no account and no server that ever sees your data.
Download the file, import your exchange CSVs, see your real numbers. When the 30 days are up the app switches to read-only: you can still open it, look at everything and export all your data. You just can't add new trades or refresh prices until you pay. Your data stays yours and stays exportable the whole time.

Buy once — v1.x forever.
Every 1.x update (new exchange formats, fixes, small features) is free. When a v2 comes out someday you can stay on v1 forever; existing buyers may be offered a discounted upgrade or a switch to membership.
Member — every update, every version.
Includes major versions. When the year ends the app goes read-only, exactly like the trial — renew whenever you want and it picks up where it left off.
Payment is USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). You'll get an exact amount and an address; when the transfer confirms, your key appears automatically. Usually 1–3 minutes.
How the license works
- You get a license key (a text string). Paste it once into the app. The key is checked offline with a signature — no "phone home", works without internet.
- One key works in every Holdbound file you download. Updating = downloading a new file. Your data migrates automatically.
- Honest note: this is a trust-based lock, not DRM. I'd rather keep the tool simple for the 95% who pay than fight the 5% who won't.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Email support@holdbound.com with your order id; I refund the USDT to the address you paid from, by hand, within 5 business days. Refunded keys are revoked and the app returns to read-only — your data is unaffected. Because the trial is 30 days and full-featured, you'll have seen everything before paying — which is the point.
Paid the wrong amount?
- Sent less (usually an exchange withdrawal fee): the order page shows the shortfall. Send the difference to the same address and it completes.
- Sent more: your key is issued normally. Email me and I'll either refund the difference or credit it toward a membership year — your choice.
- Different network / token: only USDT-TRC20 is detected. If you sent something else, email me with the transaction id before doing anything else.
