Holdbound is a crypto portfolio and cost-basis tracker that is a single HTML file. You download it, double-click it, and it runs in your browser. Your trades are stored in your browser, on your computer. Nothing is uploaded — there is no account and no server that ever sees your data.
Download the file, import your exchange CSVs, see your real numbers. When the 30 days are up the app switches to read-only: you can still open it, look at everything and export all your data. You just can't add new trades or refresh prices until you pay. Your data stays yours and stays exportable the whole time.

Leave an email and you get one message on day 25 with five days to go, and a note if a security fix ships for the version you have. That is the whole list. Nothing you do inside the app reaches this form: it is a web page, and the file on your disk has no connection to it.
A calendar reminder 25 days out does the same job and tells me nothing — that is a fine way to do this too.

One payment. Every feature, no account, no renewal you have to remember. The purchase includes 12 months of updates — every version released in that year is yours to keep and keeps working forever.
More updates, only if you want them.
Extends your update window by another 12 months. Renew early and the time you have left is added on, not thrown away. Not renewing takes nothing away: the versions you already have keep working, with every feature, for as long as you want to use them.
Only the free trial ever becomes read-only. Once you have paid, no date and no version number takes function away again — that is the whole promise, and it is the one thing I will not change.
Paste the key you already have — it is the simplest thing to find, because it is the thing you bought. I check the signature to work out which purchase this extends, then discard it: the key is never stored, and it contains nothing about you anyway, only an order id and dates. The original order id works too if you would rather use that. Either way the new 12 months are added to whatever you have left, not swapped for it.
Payment is USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). You'll get an exact amount and an address; when the transfer confirms, your key appears automatically. Usually 1–3 minutes.
How the license works
- You get a license key (a text string). Paste it once into the app. The key is checked offline with a signature — no "phone home", works without internet.
- One key works in every Holdbound file you download. Updating = downloading a new file. Your data migrates automatically.
- Honest note: this is a trust-based lock, not DRM. I'd rather keep the tool simple for the 95% who pay than fight the 5% who won't.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Email support@holdbound.com with your order id; I refund the USDT to the address you paid from, by hand, within 5 business days. Refunded keys are revoked and the app returns to read-only — your data is unaffected. Because the trial is 30 days and full-featured, you'll have seen everything before paying — which is the point.
Paid the wrong amount?
- Sent less (usually an exchange withdrawal fee): the order page shows the shortfall. Send the difference to the same address and it completes.
- Sent more: your key is issued normally. Email me and I'll either refund the difference or credit it toward a membership year — your choice.
- Different network / token: only USDT-TRC20 is detected. If you sent something else, email me with the transaction id before doing anything else.
