Import from OKX
Last updated: 2026-08-26
OKX splits history into several report types. You need more than one of them to get a complete picture. Steps are from the OKX help center as I checked it in August 2026.
Which exports to use
All under Assets → Order Center on the website:
- Trading history → Download. The fills file (your buys and sells). Choose instrument, date range, time zone, which accounts to include, and CSV.
- Funding history → Download. Transfers between OKX sub-accounts, rewards and similar balance changes.
- Deposit and Withdrawal pages each have their own Export button. These are what let the app pair an outgoing transfer with the deposit somewhere else.
On the app: Assets → Bills → Assets → download icon. The app's account statements only cover the past 12 months; use the website for older history.
OKX says downloads are available from early 2021 onward. If you traded on OKX before that, you will need your own records.
Pick one time zone and stick to it
OKX lets you choose the export time zone. Choose UTC for every file (it matches Binance and Kraken). Mixing zones is how one transfer ends up on two different dates and fails to pair.
Import into Holdbound
- Drop the trading, funding, deposit and withdrawal files into Import together.
- Each should be detected as OKX. Set the time zone to whatever you chose when downloading (UTC if you followed the advice above).
- Name the account "OKX" for all of them.
- Import.
After importing: common questions
"My history is gone after 90 days." OKX only displays 90 days on the page; the download goes further back. Set the date range explicitly.
Download link expired. A copied link is valid for one hour. Generate it again.
Sub-account transfers. Moves between your OKX main and sub-accounts appear in Funding history. If you import them all under one account name "OKX", they cancel out as internal moves; if you want sub-accounts tracked separately, import each sub-account's files under its own name and the app pairs them like any other transfer.
Convert / Easy buy rows. These import as a sell of one coin and a buy of another. Expected.
Earn / Simple Earn rewards. Import as reward with zero cost unless the file gives a value. Edit the transaction if you want to value them.
